Navigating the Auction Details

This video will walk you through the process of finding out more about an auction. It includes navigating to an auction, reading through the details, viewing additional photos, watching a video and more.

Quick Tips

Home Page

1. Visit the homepage at

2. On the homepage, you will see a calendar of upcoming auctions listed under “Auction Events” on the left hand side of the page.

3. Scroll to the auction that interests you, and click on the button that reads “Details”. You can also click on the auction title or the photo in the auction block. If additional photos and/or a video have been added, you will see these links just below the “Details” button.

4. To read more about the property or see a listing of items in the auction, scroll down to the Details.

5. View More Photos – In the second menu bar, there is a link called “Photo Galleries”. Clicking on this link will drop down a box with the additional photo galleries. Click on the gallery that you wish to view. This will take you directly to the photo gallery.

Clicking on the first photo will open it up in a larger view. Then you can click on the photo to go to the next one. When finished, press “Esc” on your keyboard to close the photo gallery.

If the auction is for personal property, additional photos will be located in the online bidding catalog. See #9 for instructions on viewing these.

6. Watch a Video – In the second menu bar, there is a link called “Video Presentations”. Clicking on this link will take you directly to the video. Click play to watch the video. Note: If you would like to watch the video in full screen view, click the box in the bottom right hand corner of the video player (it looks like 4 arrows pointing to the corners).

7. Download a Contract Package – The Contract Package contains the important documents for a Real Estate auction. It includes information such as terms and conditions, plats, tax maps, disclosures and more.

To download the Contact Package, click on the link in the second menu bar that reads “Documents”. This will open a drop down box with all of the documents listed for the auction. Clicking on the Contract Package link will download a pdf file to your computer that you can read and print.

8. Read Terms and Conditions – The link for the terms and conditions of the auction is also located in the second menu bar. Clicking on this link will take you to the terms and conditions for the auction, if it is a personal property auction. If the auction is for Real Estate, this information is located in the Contract Package.

9. Online Bidding – After reading through the details of the auction, you can bid online by clicking on one of the “Online Bidding” links.  One link is located in the second menu bar and a second is located just below the dates and times for the online auction.
